Cannes Film Festival · Central Cannes
Festival fortnight is the hardest week of the year to find anywhere decent in Cannes, and the hardest to find anywhere honest. Rates triple, minimum stays appear, and a lot of what is listed is a long way from the Palais. We are in the centre, a short walk from the red carpet steps and from Le Suquet, with two en-suite bedrooms and a wraparound terrace that turns out to be the most useful room in the flat during a week of back-to-back meetings. You book directly with us, so there is no agency commission on top, and you are dealing with people who live here and answer the phone.
Every May, at the Palais des Festivals on the Croisette. The organisers confirm exact dates roughly a year ahead.
Hotels on the Croisette book out a year ahead and charge festival rates. A private apartment in the centre is usually better value for a stay of several nights, and gives you a kitchen and a place to hold a meeting.
As early as you can, and a year ahead is not unusual. Availability in central Cannes for festival fortnight is effectively gone by the previous autumn.
Yes. It is in central Cannes, a short walk from the Palais, the Croisette and the old town, so you are not depending on taxis during the week when they are hardest to get.
Yes. Enquire through the contact page or by phone. Booking direct means no platform fee and no agency commission.
Riviera Séjour
Notes from the coast, now and then. Nothing more.
